Cancellation and Refund

Without giving you prior notice, DigitalBachat Store retains the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to change, add, remove, update, or suspend these Terms of Service (or any portion thereof). Consequently, you recognize and agree that it is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms of Service.

DigitalBachat Store shall have the sole and exclusive right to terminate, stop, or remove the provision of the Service to you in the event that you violate any of these Terms of Service. If you violate this agreement, DigitalBachat retains the right to seek any remedy or relief, including but not limited to an injunction, damages, and/or specific performance, as allowed by law.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it has been delivered. Please contact us immediately to cancel, and we will issue a full refund. Once an order is delivered, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued immediately but may take a few working days to appear on your card statement.
Please note that once a digital item has been delivered, it can be activated online, and we cannot accept returns as it is not possible to resell the item.

Refund Eligibility

Not Eligible for Refund:

If the key did not work because you tried it on the wrong edition, an old version, or due to system incompatibility on your side.
If you made a wrong purchase. All product details are provided in the description; please read carefully before purchasing.
If you did not use the key within the 1-month activation warranty period.
For products with a login ID and password, you are responsible for remembering and noting down your password. We cannot help you if you forget your password.

Warranty and Support

If your key does not activate or you experience activation issues, we guarantee to resolve the problem or provide a replacement key. Contact us via live chat or WhatsApp support, including your order ID, product key, and a screenshot of the error.

Activation Warranty: 15 days from the date of purchase.
Replacement Warranty: 7 days from the date a replacement is provided.
Free Support: 3 months from the date of purchase. After 3 months, support is available for Rs. 98.

We may ask for screenshots or remote access to investigate your issue. We will respond promptly with a solution or provide a replacement if we cannot resolve your issue as per our policy.

Note

Refund and replacement eligibility will be checked and verified by our team with remote access. After confirmation, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method, which will reflect in 3-5 working days.
We cannot provide refunds or replacements if you do not cooperate with us and adhere to our company’s refund and replacement policy, which you accepted when placing your order.

Shipping Method

Software codes are sent instantly via email on receiving a successful payment/ order from you, with no extra cost since they are sent digitally.
